Smoked Pork Ribs w/OG Thai Chipotle Hot Sauce
I got into making hot sauce while smoking meat. Most smoke sessions are 7-15 hours of patiently babysitting large, delicious chunks of meat. During that time i found myself contemplating life…love…and hot sauce. What goes better with your hard earned tender smokey dinner than small batch home made smokey spicy hot sauce? Nothing…..thats what!…..and beer…..nothing and beer! but thats it.
Ingredients:
2 racks of St Louis style pork ribs
Texas dry rub (make it yourself, equal parts salt and pepper, paprika, chili and garlic powder to taste)
Land of Lincoln OG Thai Chipotle Hot Sauce
Get your smoker fired up, it’s going to be a long day. Pat dry your ribs and coat generously with a Texas dry rub. Do your best to keep your smoker around 225 and cook your ribs 7-9 hours or until they pull away from the bone. It’s that simple. Low and Slow. Serve with a bottle of OG and let the smokey chipotle double down on your smokey ribs.
